Are there any recurring fees?
No. The price you pay is the price. No monthly fees, no annual renewals, no surprise charges for "premium features" later. We do not have a Pro tier, an Enterprise tier, or a hidden upsell.
How do I get the app?
You download it yourself. Start the free trial, install it on your own Windows PC, and buy a license from inside the app when you are ready. Nothing runs on our servers.
Do I get help installing and setting it up?
Yes, and it is built to be simple. Download the free trial, install it on your Windows PC in a couple of minutes, and you are running. If you get stuck, our team answers questions by email and WhatsApp.
Does it handle VAT and GST?
Yes. EVRST supports tax-inclusive billing and generates tax-ready reports - VAT for GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and more) and GST for India. You set your rates; the reports follow.
Do major version upgrades cost extra?
Minor updates within your version line are free forever. A future major upgrade would be paid, but existing customers get a 50% loyalty discount. You can stay on your current version indefinitely if you prefer.
Can I transfer my license to another machine?
Yes. Deactivate on the old machine, activate on the new one. The license is tied to your account, not the hardware. You can do this as often as needed.
What if I'm not happy with the product?
