1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your license purchase if requested within exactly thirty (30) days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be honored.

2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted directly via email to invoice-support@evrst.me. Your request must include the business email used at checkout and your EVRST INVOICE License Key.

3. Response & Resolution Time

Our support team will respond to your refund inquiry within 24 to 48 hours. During this period, we will review the request and may attempt to assist with a technical resolution or workaround before finalizing the cancellation.

4. Automatic License Revocation

Upon the approval and processing of a refund, the associated EVRST INVOICE License Key will be immediately and permanently revoked. The Software will fail its subsequent validation checks and access will be restricted.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Codecraft Innovations W.L.L reserves the right to validate all refund requests to protect our intellectual property. A refund will be strictly denied, and the license revoked without compensation, if we detect any evidence of:

  • Software cracking, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized modifications to the application files.
  • Tampering with, manipulating, or attempting to bypass the online license validation system.
  • Unauthorized sharing, transferring, or sublicensing of the License Key to third parties.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
